Hi Grace, I picked up your blog from NY Times,I normally click on any link and close depending on the vibes I get. Funny after scrolling for a minute enjoying your photos I have some comments to share with. First of all my daughter just graduated and is going for her masters in journalism, she loves poetry and food thing to pick up my heritage too after seeing how much our culture is getting into the American market from health advisory to the average people.
Somehow I felt that you are lucky and beautiful and nothing will teach that much from Oprah (all her stuff about business and fame) then yoga could be done on your own as I tell my daughter that you should work with your inner to accept and appreciate who you are NOT what people are looking for in you. You don’t have to please any one as long as you know you are doing the right stuff and not stepping on any one along the way.
Regarding your blog running bare feet, look at the African kids how healthy they are, even they are hungry. Long time ago I heard the Europeans making fun of American running on asphalt instead grass. So, make sure you do it in the park or on the beach….
I’m so glad today the young generation is bringing back the good old fashion stuff. Last comment: Don’t trust everything you read, make more research, and experiment on your own till you find the right solutions….. Good luck with your study

I also love to do and teach yoga. I'm a foodie and love cooking, health, and nutrition. I also enjoy the artsier side of life, including painting and photography. This blog is intended to cover various topics related to fitness, health, and the great outdoors.
